Yes you are correct. Max was running, or was planning to run a T2k game set in Yugoslavia. The players were part of the 76th Infantry Division's LRSD.
There is also a current game set in Yugoslavia running on yahoo groups. The is cataraft_2000, but I don't think he posts here.
