The figures are 1/6th scale. 
the 12" figures are classified as 1/6th scale... and if you do your shopping through ebay you can find pretty much ANYTHING on there for the figures. Going from nude bodies, specialized head sculpts (you can get YOUR OWN HEAD done by these people for a figure), mini-books and toys for the figures, it's amazing what you can get to make diaromoas.
For a long time i tried to talk my fellow players to get these figures to make 'action figures' of our characters for every game we had. But nobody took me up on that one... even after they saw how good my character looked done up as a 1/6th scale action figure...

Fuck being a hero. Do you know what you get for being a hero? Nothing! You get shot at. You get a little pat on the back, blah blah blah, attaboy! You get divorced... Your wife can't remember your last name, your kids don't want to talk to you... You get to eat a lot of meals by yourself. Trust me kid, nobody wants to be that guy. I do this because there is nobody else to do it right now. Believe me if there was somebody else to do it, I would let them do it. There's not, so I'm doing it.
