I would say that the LAV-25 would be armed and ready to roll into combat.

Here is my proof:

1) C-130 can carry 42,000 lbs of cargo

2) The LAV-25 weighs 12.80 Tons = 25,600 Lbs.

That leaves 16,400 lbs for ammo, crew, fuel, etc.
