I think Perth's public transport system is very good but we could make it even better with a couple of light rail circuit routes. We have the advantage of the State Government running the public transport system and subsidising it.
We have inter-city and inter-state rail networks too but they're expensive to run and not hugely popular. Australia is just so huge with such small population densities.
