Oaxaca Local police are baffled by recent murder of food-delivery man, Jorge Dominguez
. He seems to have been tortured, russian mob style.(for days) Police are reluctant to coment but local media theorize that the murder are linked to the earlier drug related murders. Jorge's wife is shocked and says that her husband had no known enemies, just a slight tequila problem.
