Good stuff, Apache. That would be a terrifying encounter group. If I may make a couple of recommendations?
Since there actually is a RL West Side Boyz marauder group, consider changing the name. Maybe something tied to the geography of their primary AO? Also, the name "The Baron" is pretty strongly tied to the "Black Baron" Czarny in T2K. Maybe something with a local flair?
