My campaign had aircraft and ships in it - but damn few of either,and as to ships, with the exception of the changes to add the three other subs in the Last Submarine campaign and the DD that we sank that Carlucci was also trying to put back into shape, all from canon.
Those three Tomahawk nukes my GM added that we took on The Med Cruise that were used to take out Ploesti once and for all were basically the last ones the USN had left in their arsenal in the continental US.
So not sure what the reference to massive units undamaged by the war or fleets of warships refers to if he is talking about my campaign.
As for the US crushing all resistance and the Soviets are speed bumps - even if you factor out HW and Kidnapped as my GM did, I dont see anything my GM did in my campaign as US uber alles.
