14 October 1997 (at least in V2)
From pg 91 - 92 of the V2 NATO Vehicle Guide (I don't have a copy of the V1 edition to hand so it may differ)
Quote:
304th Reserve Infantry Brigade
The brigade was originally part of the Dutch National Territorial Command. After activation, the Brigade spent most of its time on a variety of disaster-relief and security duties. It was in the vicinity of Rotterdam when that city was hit by a nuclear warhead on 14 October 1997. The survivors regrouped around the town of Edam, where they have been ever since.
