The Navy info may be a bit off but (7th fleet for example) but it does have the USS Baltimore in the bay area.
In my campaign, the USS Baltimore is tied up to docks south of San Francisco and the nuclear power plant is used to supply limited power to local industry, hospitals and a certain general's private residence.
