Okay thanks... now what about vehicles? I don't know the efficiency of burning alcohol at higher altitudes or even would it work. I am going to use a skill check (dif) vs mechanic ability to let them modify their vehicles to run at peak performance. THATS if the tunnels haven't collapsed in the Alps... then its on foot for them!!
