Good news! I Left Chattanooga (and my old Girl friend) Luckily met another Vermont woman!!! But then got a job in Pahrump Nevada and foolishly moved there....after living there for a month alone promptly returned to the north east and my ginger amazon. Currently staying in my home state of Maine and at her place in Vermont on the weekends
I have been spending a lot of time in the Cambridge, Johnson, wolcott , stowe area....and you are right there is a large amount of good arable farm land. Much more than in my home state of Maine (which is mostly woods). Also there are large amounts of barns which could be used for food, hay, animal storage.
