Yesterday my freind gave me a very old, worn faded Aktis M45 vest that was DPM camouflage now its a faded golden-ish, pea greenish color. Its the type without snaps and looks exactly like this one.....

It has some small wear holes that I may have patch with some cordura nylon scavented from some old U.S. LBV. Its missing on strap and fastex buckle and I plan on replacing that as well.
Just thought id let you all know. I might also add some strips of webbing on the strap so I can attach some small pouches like an M9 magazine pouch and maybe an old Isreali pouch (think its isreali)
