Because of Stepkids and the grandson having to spend Christmas dinner at the stepson's fiancé place we do two meals... they stay overnight and open presents on Christmas morning here... so I do a Roast Beef Xmas dinner on Christmas Eve... and then the rest of family comes over on Xmas day and have a turkey which the wife cooks.
