Sorry to revive a dead thread but...has anyone put together a list of the nuclear targets in Japan?
My team was trying to come up with countries that might have NOT been blasted by EMP to help counter the lack of high quality communication gear.
Even though I do not generally support the whole "The entire US is blasted by EMP and nothing works" theory canon seems to imply...
