Default Spreading Twilight

Two summers ago, I ran a T2k game (v2.2) for my then-13-year-old son and his friends. They rather liked it, and most were pleased when I announced plans for a WW2 game this summer.

This afternoon, I spent 2 hours with one of those guys, who wants to make up his own modern semi-post-apocalyptic game, like many of the video games that they play. We talked a lot about T2k, both rules sets, and Shadowrun. He's more or less decided on using v2.2 rules, and making up his own setting. I encouraged him heartily, of course.

I pointed him to FFE, where he can get his own copies of the rules on CD.

I'm kinda jazzed to play my own game soon, too.
