So Centerville is at the begining of Tech level D in development. In that case I suggest the most primitive version of the pump shotgun, the M97. In addition, since Centerville is just beginning Tech level D the pistols such as Hugo Borchardt's C-93, Mauser's C-96 and Browning's M1900 are better selections than the Colt M1911 or Luger's P-08.
