As for Scorpion, this thing is perfect as a light, cheap, throw away plane for sale to foreign governments, training, and deployment to battlefields where air superiority isn't a issue. Need to arm a small government? Send these, cheap and easy and your not giving away expensive US Aircraft, even stripped down ones.
