First off, Washington DC has an International Spy Museum. (Bad news: it's not a Federal thing, so the admission ticket was too steep for me, last time I was in DC).
But, they interview authors and officials sometimes, and then turn the interviews into free podcasts. They seem to run about 30-45 minutes each.

Of particular interest to Cold War fans, they interviewed two men who were in the Military Liaison Mission, Army officers allowed to cruise East Germany unhindered.
