But yeah, the dialogue was sparse in places and didn't come across clearly at times largely due to background sound.
I saw it in 2D as one of the people in my gang of movie fans can't see 3D very well so she prefers 2D, so the colour wasn't an issue, (and besides, George Miller himself apparently said he prefers the 2D version of Fury Road) .
One thing to think on that may help with this movie, the first one was the establishing movie and after that they are "tales" of the Road Warrior. That is to say, we're not seeing a movie about what happened and what Max did, we're seeing a movie of the tale told about what happened.
