I was rereading the Fall Back! module and got to wondering about the KFS.
What would its internal make up look like? Would it be a oligarchical committee running it (I refer back to the five 'Administrators' in the module)? Might it have a single executive, agreed to by the Administrators, running the executive functions? Aside from the military and the Secret Police, what other governmental organs would there be? Thanks.
