Only watched the first couple of episodes of Season 2 so far. Really should get on it...
From what I've seen so far though, it looks like they were headed in the right direction with the show. That almost certainly spells death for shows these days though.

Seems the more plausible and believable a story is, the more some exec wants to screw it up and get it cancelled.
However, one point I really thought was STUPID was using the dead as fuel. Just can't see how that could work even with the suspension of disbelief on overdrive!
