Whatever is happening it is getting worse. I also now direct to the sewing site.
Some information.
The two IPs are on the same class B subnet so they are probably hosted by the same company.
The DNS was last properly populated on
April 28th. Something might have changed on that date. The domain is registered until 2019 so probably something related to hosting.
Generally when DNS changes are done on purpose the maximum time it takes to for even the most backwater ISPs to get the change is 48 hours (90% usually get it in 4 hours). The fact that this is partial and slower than that, indicates some type of configuration error to me.
Paul last logged in on Monday so he might not be aware of the issue.
Short term fix for windows users
If you navigate to the following file (you may have to allow you system to
view hidden/system files)
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
right click and edit with notepad
and add the lines
199.204.248.103 pmulcahy.com
199.204.248.103
www.pmulcahy.com
then save.
This manually tells your computer to ignore DNS entries for a particular website and use the address provided,
I had to shift f5 refresh to get the new page. If that doesnt work restart your browser.
