Most of the T2K artwork seems to be in a charcoal sketch style, like something James McBey might have drawn. For photographs, I would envision either black-and-white or the somewhat muted color of early color photography (like the Autochrome Lumiere process). Those give the feel of lower technology and something that's a bit aged without being "just" an effect.
On the third style, I do like the "damaged negative" effect used in a couple places, particularly on the far vehicle. It gives the sense of age and wear that I like.
