It wouldn't work well for a 1.0 or 2.2 timeline encounter, but I feel like for a 4.0 timeline, an encounter where PCs come upon what looks to be an American trailer park, inhabited by people dressed like US citizens, but speaking fluent Polish, would be interesting to say the least.
