They certainly seem to have both motive and opportunity here.

In other news, the Czech Republic will be
refurbishing and modernizing Ukrainian T-64 tanks. No specifics on upgrades, although optics and radios are mentioned in the article. I wouldn't be surprised if they get a power pack upgrade as well, since old T-64 will have a 5TD diesel that's no longer in production. Ukraine has managed to shoehorn T-72 engines into the T-64, and Czech Republic has more experience with T-72 engines.
