Big H, a couple of years ago, there was a T2K PbP campaign by the name of "Stalemate War" over on the RPGNet forums. It was really more of a collaborative story telling excercise than a conventional Twilight 2000 game.

Actually I saw Stalemate War is recruiting again for another bash. I looked at it briefly a couple of years back, but the long term players there bunny each other a bit too much for my liking.
