If they both reach terminal velocity (they should by 10000 feet) the impact energy would be the same. The only difference I could see is that there might be a slight difference as the 50k drop would initially have a higher velocity due to lower initial air pressure, but I suspect 99%+ of that would be lost due to air resistance. I initially thought that the different air speeds of the platforms also might make a difference, but again almost all of that should be lost during the descent.
