Regional Headquarters: Regions are large sub-divisions of the North American Continent, each region has a single headquarters that answers to Prime Base.

Divisional Headquarters: Divisions are sub-groupings of each region, the divisional headquarters allow for better interaction with the local governments.

Departmental Headquarters: The Divisions are further divided into departments, each department is also an individual state.

Standard Federal Regions: The ten standard Federal Regions were established by OMB (Office of Management and Budget) Circular A-105, "Standard Federal Regions," in April, 1974, and required for all executive agencies. In recent years, some agencies have tailored their field structures to meet program needs and facilitate interaction with local, state and regional counterparts. The Morrow Project facilities that had been built at the Isle Royale National Park, underneath one of the resorts there. The orginal designs were heavily based on the Greenbrair continuality of govenrment facilities, but built with more modern 1990s era technology.



The Morrow Project issues the field teams a set of reversible camouflage ponchos or smocks that are made of resistweave that is to be worn over their standard issue resistweave coveralls. The three sets are woodland & winter, 6-color desert & nighttime desert, and urban & bright orange.

During formal occasions the dress uniform that is worn by the Morrow Project consists of a dress beret w/Morrow Project logo, a khaki dress jacket w/the Morrow Project logo patch on left breast pocket and team logo patch on right sleeve, a light tan dress shirt, a dark tan tie, a pair of khaki dress trousers w/tan piping down the outer edge, a light tan tee-shirt, a pair of light tan boxer briefs, a pair of tan dress socks, a pair of brown dress ankle boots, a pair of white dress gloves. The color of the dress beret w/Morrow Project logo is determined by the type of assignment that is held by the wearer; Brown (Field teams), Orange (Base staff & personnel), White (Medical facility staff & personnel), Navy Blue (Maritime teams), and Grey (Phoenix team).


Phoenix Team: a gray beret, a pair of light grey Morrow Project resistweave coveralls w/Morrow Project and team patches on sleeves, a grey tee-shirt, a pair of grey boxer briefs a pair of grey cushioned soled socks, a pair of black combat boots.

Base Staff & Personnel: an orange beret, a pair of <tan> Morrow Project coveralls w/Morrow Project and base patches on sleeves, a <tan> tee-shirt, a pair of <tan> boxer briefs, a pair of <tan> cushioned soled socks, a pair of <tan> hiking boots.

Medical facility staff & personnel: a white beret, a pair of light blue Morrow Project resistweave coveralls w/Morrow Project and team patches on sleeves, a light blue tee-shirt, a pair of light blue boxer briefs, a pair of black cushioned soled socks, a pair of black hiking boots.

Maritime teams: a dark navy blue beret, a pair of navy blue Morrow Project resistweave coveralls w/Morrow Project and team patches on sleeves, a blue tee-shirt, a pair of blue boxer briefs, a pair of black cushioned soled socks, a pair of black hiking boots.
