Cooperville, a second go.....
Looking over the old thread, I've hit upon a refinement of my TL D for the Texas Republic. A joint effort by Oilers and an oil equipment manufacturer that has the 1st Cav's contract to make or rebuild the aging equipment and small arms. Cooperville isn't the only conglomerate, TexTex is a textiles manufacturer(Texas Textiles), and there is a food cannery. These aren't "Rich Five", but specific companies arming, clothing and feeding the Republic while dodging the dance between the 1st Cav and Waco. most of their goods are TL E-F, D being goods for the upper class or to maintain their infrastructure.
The "D' TL allows bolt guns and radios, etc.
