I considered that any French ship out of commission by 1988-1990 has been definitely taken out of the fleet before the war.

* Commissioned after 1996.
** Commissioned between 2001 and 2003 or cancelled.
1) Most Aggressive-class were decommissioned before the 1991 events and left aside at Brest and Toulon. They were commissioned again in the mid-1990’s along with the few that were still in active service. 5 more came from the Belgian navy.
2) “Charles de Gaulle” homeport is Toulon (IRL). However, at the Time of the Twilight War, the Fleet at Brest was the most important one and this explains that.
3) “Jeanne d’Arc” homeport is Brest (IRL) but because of the conflict she was transferred to the Indian Ocean, her homeport becoming Djibouti.
4) With the war, France withdrew from its Pacific Islands and concentrates on New Caledonia. As a result, the Nouméa Flotilla includes several ships that were located at Papeete (Polynesia): 1 Frigate, 1 LST and 3 PR-72.
5) The PH-75 project was cancelled but this was done only in 1991. Then with war coming, France could have reactivated that project. My personal version has a ramp at the end of the deck and carries 12 harriers (licensed produced in France). Also, the realization of this project would have put a serious strain on France.
6) French SSN all have their homeport at Toulon. However, because of the war, several have been relocated elsewhere. In addition, the two cancelled units have finally been built.
7) F-794 and F-796 homeport is normally Toulon while the F-784’s homeport is Brest. The F-749 should be in the Pacific.
8) The given Patrol Crafts are not of the right type. They types given are the most similar I could find and they are used for convenience.
9) 7 Tripartite are taken over from Belgium and sent to the DOM/TOM. The Wielingen-class, for her part, is sent to Brest.
