Your organization chart does make more sense than the brief glimpses into the "Snake Eater" mythos as presented by Timeline. Their GB's are seemingly thrown at TMP as penny packet response to the discovery of TMP.
(Arguing against self) Although, Timeline's GB's might be this disorganized IF USDOD found out about TMP very late in the time line. The thinking being , it's better to have something available rather than nothing. After all, GB's are DESIGNED to be as self sufficient as possible.
As I have met GB's here at Fort Bragg, very competant, quiet men who know who and what they are.
IF I have GB's in a scenario, they are designed as an asset to TMP vs. an antagonist. Although, God help the Team that tries to set up as a pocket dictator. These men take their motto SERIOUSLY!!!
