But it does raise a lot of
other questions, such as how Krell was able to penetrate into Morrow's high command pre-war and why they didn't then try and take the base intact from the inside, which would enable them to wipe out the entire Project in one blow. It is kind of the inverse problem of having a US President on the CoT, someone so influential (for good or bad) in the Project should have a much bigger impact than is usually desired.
