A new government is being formed: In a joint effort to secure and better the lives of the people of Northern California, General Rupert Willies, repatriating MilGovAsia forces and the good people of Eureka have collectively formed the Provisional Californian Goverment (PCG), based in Eureka, California.
Together we aim to make a safe, prosperous future for those joining our cause.
