INT 1 zombies will have more tendency to wander into killing zones and lose track of people who run around corners. INT 6/7/8 zombies will avoid ambushes and be more dogged in pursuit.

Slipping a smarter one in can keep the tension up, as can having the dumber ones do something to make the players think they're smarter!
