From an operational security standpoint, this is pretty risky. It ONLY makes sense if you are presuming the complete breakdown of the chain of command - admittedly what
happened but hardly something to plan for! All it takes is Krell or the US government or the Rich Five or someone else to notice that a couple of these places housed Morrow caches and soon every such facility in reach has been plundered. If a team needs supplies, they should be able to contact their chain of command and get directed to a facility.
