Here's from the T2K v2.2 rulebook:

Large: Uses three tons of organic material per day and produces 2400 liters of alcohol per day.
Wt: 83 tons.
Price: $200,000 (C/C).

Sometimes, I'm glad I spent all that time OCRing my rulebooks and modules!

Thanks Paul. I thought I remembered seeing a larger one some where...might have been a fan site.

About 10 years ago, someone gave me a java application to produce any size still you want...I'll try to find it on my hard drive.

OK, download this:

www.pmulcahy.com/special_pages/still_mod.zip

It contains an HTML page with the Java code embedded in it. I put it in a ZIP file because I didn't know how an HTML page with Java in it would save if you tried to directly save it.

Hi,

I like the calculator - thanks for finding it again, Paul. My only issue is that the data seems unrealistic (not anyone's fault here). From digging around about alcohol production, I came up with this bit of info:

Ethanol from Cellulose: http://www.hort.purdue.edu/newcrop/ncnu02/v5-017.html
Max theoretical from sugar feedstock: 590 L from 1000 kg

Implies a much lower rate of production than the calculator gives (and easy to work out as a straight-line relationship of input - output. More here: http://forum.juhlin.com/showthread.php?t=2415

Of course we can use whatever we want in our own games....
