Default Porting from T2K13 to T2K 2.2

I'm currently beginning to look over T2K13, looking for stuff to port over to v2.2. Suggestions and advice welcome.

In terms of equipment, there's very little you haven't already done.

Nudge me here. I seem to have forgotten, though it sounds vaguely familiar.

I haven't looked yet, but isn't that a Mecar design? (Belgian)

One of the big things I've been dying to fix is the body armor rules, but I've been told by some of the T2K13 guys that my idea is very similar to how T2K13 runs it. So some sort of a merge might be in order.

I don't know for sure. The couple of books I have that mention it identify it as being Italian. Interweb searches don't turn up a lot on it. It's definitely an oddment but it's something that probably could be encountered anywhere you have an Italian presence in T2K.

It would allow expansion of either game, or a comparison to see which the players prefer.
