Default OT- Morale boosting letter
69 years ago this week, the following letter was sent by Sir Archibald Clark Kerr, British ambassador in Moscow, to Lord Pembroke in the Foreign Office. The language is beautiful, but I'll only put the link here as it is potentially very offensive...
