Default Chickens, an IED, and an AK

Came upon this while goofing off:

There's GOT to be a way to work this into a T2K adventure. It screams out for it!

Why DID the chicken cross the road...?

I really expected this be something like the fox/chicken/grain puzzle.

One way or another the players have gotten involved in a high speed shootout on the road with another car. The bad guys are firing an AK and an assorment of other guns from their car with little accuracy but great enthusiasm. As they run out of ammo their car tries to speed ahead and the passenger door open up and they start throwing live chickens out in a strange attempt to distract the players.

If you are particularly cruel and devious GM the chickens might have explosives atttached to them.

Just think about it. The players are still trying to come to grasps with the realisation that they are being bombarded with live poultry. Then an explosion! They turn behind to see that something has blown up and thrown feathers and other chickenbits across the road. More explosions follow and then there is a heavy impact as a confused and angry chicken lands on the windshield. ...And there is a homemade bomb taped onto the chicken with a burning fuze!

EDIT:

I suppose there should be an actual reason for the driveby-chickenbomber but I think it is better to just let the players discover the drugs inside the car and leave the rest to imagination. Maybe have them discover later that some bandits had been stealing chickens in the region, basically giving them the "how" but never letting them know "WHY?!?!!?"

This reminds me of sence out of the old GI Joe Comics where members of the the October Guard are trying to escape crocodile attack, they throw the crocs a bunch of cooked chickens stuffed with hand grenades. Which exploed kill the crocs

The obvious answer is there was a willing hen on the other side.

Default How many chickens does it take to man an AK?

So a team of chickens prepared to fire the AK on the dog in the SUV, which needed to escape to find cover...

So, how empty was the quart jar when it was found?
