Other than it's obviously T2K influenced, not all that much.

It's vapourware, been dead since 2005.
Reading the info on the site, I doubt there was any significant influence from Twilight: 2000, it was just another MMO with big plans to jump onto the post-apocalypse bandwagon but with too little money to achieve success.

"Twilight War - After the Fall" is just a sci-fi "hybrid" RPG as you can see on this page http://www.twilightwar.com/modules.p...artid=5&page=1

Absolutely not releted with "Twilight: 2000".
