System went down over the weekend. Kato warned some posts might get lost. I don't think it's anything more sinister than that.

Aren't rounds like that- "dum-dum" bullets and the like- outlawed by the Geneva Conventions? I remember reading that boat-tailed bullets- anything designed to do massive internal damage- were at least severely frowned upon by international treaty/law. Maybe I'm missing something.

Thanks for the info Simon, I completely missed the warning
I was more confused than thinking something had been deliberately deleted, I was starting to think I had imagined doing the post!
