I am trying to find some data on the Mexicans that sit in CA T2K, specifically San Diego.

Where in canon or player writing is this detailed?

Has an article in it called Mexican Army 1998-2000 which gives their dispositions

Its considered canon whereas the Mexican Army Sourcebook you can find here is fan canon
