v1 Character Sheet rewrite
For a long time, I've been minorly unhappy with the char.sheets of both editions, and I'm finally getting the energy to make an attempt at one of them.
First off, has anyone else tried this? What I didn't like: a lot of stuff to try to jam on one side of a page, not much combat information (especially specific to individual weapons) or resource tracking room. There was probably more. Over the years, I've developed a desire to split character sheets with combat stuff on one side, and non-combat/everything else on the other. So my first idea is move the to-hit numbers and hit-points to one side, keeping skills on the other. Both sides: name, rank, age, weight, etc., room for a sketch portrait? Side A: skills list, history/background (including service time), equipment list might be here? Side B: to-hit numbers (possible separate lines for specific weapons), hit points & armor, ammo tracking Ideas?

We are looking for a clean simple character sheet to adapt to Roll20.net so we can work macros off of it.
What abilities are keepers and what are rarely used skills?

My experience (sadly) is that nearly all of the non-combat ones are rarely used, especially any science-related ones. Not saying I want to remove them.
