Equipment question

antimedic 02-24-2004, 02:10 PM With all these Active and Guard units converting to Strykers, Light Infantry, etc., over the last few years, what has happened to all there heavy equipment. Is some sold? Is it stored away for possible future use? If it is stored, where is it stored?

Here's some more food for thought: Some of that stuff might show up in the hands of the "new" Iraqi Army over the next 20 years or so...

TR 02-25-2004, 12:27 AM Yep the possibility always exsists for the sales to go to the new iraqi government... course it could go to any number of allies that we have or are trying to create.


Something to think about of course where these will be in 10 years...
