Some thoughts on the MP team in combat

http://morrow-industries.com/morrow-project-blog/?p=910

Would anyone care to comment on the basic outline?

I think the outline presented in the blog is a good starting point. As with all RP and RL events, the situation helps dictate the response.

Many of the teams I played in or led or GM's were Recon units. Our job was to gather information, help the locals, and other tasks as assigned.

My personal outlook was that, yes I was armed, but If I could get out of something by talking or trading, great. I always felt that there had been enough death during the War.

Just my two cents worth.

I like the premise of the article and the idea behind the team. The roles are well thought out and presented. A couple of concerns I have is the name for the "Assistant Team Lead", may consider 2nd in Command 2IC. The missmash of weapons is a concern as well, to many different families of weapons.

Overall a nice start.
