Yeah but what is florida really? It is now a jungle retaking what is left of the civilized world...not to mention the hundreds of species of animals now able to repopulate, and the tons of zoo animals who have since escaped from places like Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, and elsewhere.

Oh...and don't forget the Nazis, white supremacists, biker gangs(real deal, people...they are real even now down there), New Americans, and the rest.

Angola used to be a popular destination for armed Cubans. Or how about Texas? This time the Cubans-in-exile in America could be the defenders instead of the attackers, kind of like Bay of Pigs in reverse. Judging by the T2K future timeline (according to Traveller 2300) the lack of success in the Bay of Pigs disaster is destined to largely be repeated in such a "Bay of Pigs II" - after the Twilight War Cuba is still communist, the American resident Cubans-in-exile will still be in exile and adding insult to injury half of the state of Texas is occupied by Mexican troops and after the Twilight War becomes an independent nation and stays that way for the next 300 years.

I agree. In my game, the Cubo-venezuelian are attempting a sea landing in Florida. This is failing as Florida is defended by a force composed of New American troops, Cuban Americans and National guards.
