Wanderers are bands of nomadic people that do not fit into any real community. They have created their own culture. They are often unscrupulous in their trading with others and are competitive amongst themselves.

So the opposite of Towns people. Post apocalyptic Hobos.

They can be wandering for any number of reasons. Mental illness, unscrupulous cheats that have been turned out, criminals that have come from another area, or simply hermit wanders.

Could be fairly common for the Team, people are always on the move.

How do you as the PD make Wanderer the good guys in your scenario that the PC team wants to help?
