Default Referee Screen

Does anyone have a v2 copy of a Referee screen? Home made is fine.

Only the V2 screen? Got EVERYTHING here.
What do you need?

Is there anything extra with the screen, or is it just a easy reference GM template? I thought I had it, even though I never used it, but am curious now.

It also strangely appears to be the only publication that isn't floating around on the internet.

I have no idea actually. Ive never seen the published product. I was more just looking for anyone who had developed an easy to read set of reference sheets that I could make a screen out of. I hate to have to tear up my book by constantly flipping to the charts in the back and I despise with a passion reading books via digital means (hurts my eyes).

Have you tried the Kindle? E-ink displays are a lot less tiring than LED- in the year I've had one I have given up taking books on trips (I travel a LOT). I am even considering buying the A4 version (if it is still available) for use at home with reference books, not least with my T2k pdfs.
