Default "After Armageddon"

H2 played this show recently. I liked it. There are limitations, but the show is worth watching. There are some important ideas that Twilight: 2000 types can use.

Is it a generic Armageddon or something specific? I have to check not sure if I have H2.

Superflu. No war, just the death of 100 million Americans to plague in 90 days.

The show makes me wonder what happened in Utah. The Mormons are supposed to have a year of food stashed away. They are a well-organized community. If anyone could hole up, then come back out and switch the lights back on, it's them.

Is this a new programme? It reminds me of one I saw in the UK last year. iirc it was shot in docudrama style and was about a family who fled their home in the suburbs in the wake of a pandemic (can't recall which City - it may never have been specified) and found refuge with a community out in the country somewhere. If it's the one I'm thinking of one of the family (the father?) falls ill fron an infection at one point (wont say any more as I don't want to spoil it for anyone who plans to watch it).

If it's the same one it's definitely worth watching.

thats the one I saw after I was made aware of it in this thread.

I recommend it as ok infotainment. It did cover alot of the basics and had some interesting thoughts on societal motivation and development of society.

All in all worthwile investing an hour and a half.
