It is a fake. The person credited with creating it is a graphic designer not a food engineer. (He is quoted in the original UK telegraph article)

I STILL think it is an idea that someone will eventually create. And as I said in an earlier post, if it happens, I might just take a swing at trying it. I am not saying it would be a permanent part of my "stash" but it just seems like fun to me.
